No. EverCare Personal Services LLC provides non-medical in-home care services only. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical diagnoses, or treatments. Our certified CNAs focus on personal care, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living.
No. We do not administer medications or provide any medical services. We can provide medication reminders to help clients remember to take their prescribed medications, but we cannot dispense or administer them. For medical care, please consult your healthcare provider.
We require a 3-hour minimum per visit. This ensures we can provide quality, unhurried care and allows enough time to complete tasks thoroughly and build meaningful relationships with clients.
We offer flexible payment options including credit card, debit card, and ACH bank transfer. Payment is processed through our secure client portal. We provide detailed invoices for each visit, and you can manage your account online at any time.
Yes. EverCare Personal Services LLC is fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind. All our caregivers are certified CNAs with current certifications and background checks.
In the event of a medical emergency, we will immediately call 911. Our caregivers are trained to recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately, but we are not medical personnel. For all medical emergencies, always call 911.
